RR Garden & Landscape Design is a design studio based in Cornwall & the South West.

Our designs draw inspiration from surrounding environments, new & existing architecture, and the aspirations for the space. We look to create balanced designs that forge links between the house and garden and to the wider landscape. Gardens and Landscapes that belong & develop into spaces that are personal, relevant and to be enjoyed.

Each project is wonderfully unique and levels of our involvement can vary. Whether a full design package in which every detail is considered, or a more consultancy based role to provide ideas or design solutions…we are here to help.

Initially from Yorkshire, our love for the outdoors developed exploring the Dales, and from summer holidays in wildest west Wales.

As a family we moved to Cornwall in the late 90’s and the beauty of the Cornish landscape continues to inspire us today.

Early years were spent working the summers and travelling the world in the winters. Visiting so many different countries and cultures was such a fantastic experience. We then settled down working in construction for several years, and an appreciation for architecture started to grow. We always believed more attention should be given to the garden…the outdoors…the connection to the landscape. So decided to retrain in garden design at Duchy College Rosewarne & Eden Project Learning in 2013.

These were truly inspirational settings and brilliant spaces to learn. As well as top landscape design student, went on to recieve the Society of Garden Designers Student of the year award 2016.

Coinciding with studies and since, we’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing designers, architects, landscapers, suppliers, craftsmen, fabricators, gardeners and many other specialists on some incredible projects of all scales, UK and abroad.
